This team was the first of the Jackson United Football Club. They won the MYSA State Championship held in Starkville, MS. The championship game versus Vicksburg was a 3-3 tie that was won in a penalty kick shootout.

The championship was the second state-championship won by United that day. The U-16s had won the championship in the match immediately before the U-19s.
Both games were won in a penalty kick shootout.

The team traveled to Daphne, Alabama for a USYSA Sub-Regional where they defeated Alabama 1-0 and lost 10-0 to the Florida champions from Cutler Ridge. The Cutler Ridge team went on to win the Southern Regional in Dallas, TX and later placed third in the USYSA Nationals.
